These blocks can cost much less than standard building blocks and are much more thermally and structurally efficient than Cinder Blocks.

Compressed earthen blocks do not require skilled mortar technicians to install them.

Compressed earthen blocks do not require skilled mortar technicians to install them, delivering a faster and cheaper building process. They are bonded by the use of a liquid slurry, made from the same soil as the blocks and water. The slurry will form an unbreakable bond in 24 hours.

One “Set” of Compressed Earthen Blocks/CEB's consists of two block compression machines and one soil mixing machine. A “Set” of our equipment will make about 4000 to 5000 blocks per day or between 1.0 and 1.5 million per year.
