Step Two: Soil Preparation
Initial soils testing using small block press that makes a quarter size block. Other simple tests include the "jar test" and the "cigar test" where materials are squeezed by hand - SIMPLE
Materials are loaded into the mixer. Blender can be used to add cement, lime, fly ash and other stabilizers if required.
Mixed and blended material is then loaded into the block-making machine.
